বিগত বিংশ শতাব্দীর শেষে ও বর্তমান একবিংশ শতাব্দীর একদম শুরুর বছরে (২০০০-২০০১খ্রিস্টাব্দে) রুদ্রজ গুরুদেব শ্রী ইশুজী কলকাতার সমৃদ্ধ সাংস্কৃতিক পরিমণ্ডলে 

কিংবদন্তি অভিনেতা উত্তম কুমারের স্নেহধন্য প্রচারবিদ শ্রী পঞ্চানন, কিংবদন্তি সংগীত পরিচালক শ্রী সলিল চৌধুরীর স্নেহধন্য শ্রী অভিজিৎ বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় তথা শ্রী মৃণাল বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায়ের মতো বিশিষ্ট সঙ্গীত পরিচালকদের সঙ্গে ঘনিষ্ঠ সাংগীতিক সৃজনশীল সম্পর্ক গড়ে তুলেছিলেন। পাশাপাশি প্রেম গুপ্ত ও বিশাল গুপ্তের মতো খ্যাতনামা সঙ্গীত লেবেল ব্যক্তিত্বদের সান্নিধ্য তাঁর শিল্পীজীবনকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করেছে। বাপ্পি লাহিড়ী, রাজেশ রোশন, শ্রবণ রাঠোর ও বাবুল বসুর মতো প্রবাদপ্রতিম সঙ্গীত পরিচালকদের উৎসাহ ও অনুপ্রেরণায় তাঁর সঙ্গীতযাত্রা বিশেষভাবে আলোকিত হয়েছে—যাঁরা ভারতীয় সঙ্গীতের স্বর্ণযুগ নির্মাণে অগ্রণী ভূমিকা পালন করেছেন।

নিজের শিল্পীসত্তা ও সাংস্কৃতিক যাত্রাকে আরও সমৃদ্ধ করতে, তিনি ২০০০ খ্রিস্টাব্দে কলকাতার সমকালীন ও সুপরিচিত আজন্তা স্টুডিওতে ('অ্যানালগ:স্পুল' সিস্টেমে) তিনটি নতুন হিন্দি গান রেকর্ড করেন ('আজা অব তু আজা', 'দিল বেকারার হ্যায়', 'আপনা হিন্দুস্তান')। গানগুলির সুরকার ছিলেন শ্রী দেবকুমার (শ্রী দেবাশিস চৌধুরী)। এই গানগুলি ২০০১ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে তাঁর প্রথম হিন্দি অ্যালবাম “মতলব কি দুনিয়া”-র অন্তর্ভুক্ত হয়ে প্রকাশিত হয়, যা মুম্বইয়ের সান্তাক্রুজ (ইস্ট) ভিত্তিক সমকালীন বি.রাজকুমারের সঙ্গীত লেবেল 'সাজ অডিও'-র ব্যানারে মুক্তি পায়।

সাংস্কৃতিক ও আধ্যাত্মিক প্রতিনিধিত্ব:  তিনি গর্বের সঙ্গে ২০০১ খ্রিস্টাব্দের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে রাজস্থানের আবু রোডে অবস্থিত জ্ঞান সরোবর-এ অনুষ্ঠিত 'অল ইন্ডিয়া কালচারাল কনফারেন্স'-এ অংশগ্রহণ করেন। সেখানে বলিউড থেকে আগত প্রখ্যাত চলচ্চিত্র পরিচালক সুজাতা মেহতা, অভিনেতা শ্রী মুকেশ খান্না, শ্রী ম্যাকমোহন এবং বিশিষ্ট সঙ্গীত পরিচালক শ্রবণ রাঠোরের উপস্থিতিতে তাঁর সঙ্গীত পরিবেশনা গভীরতা ও আধ্যাত্মিক অনুরণনের জন্য বিশেষভাবে প্রশংসিত হয়। 

সৃজনশীল দিগন্ত আরও প্রসারিত করতে তিনি বিকানের থেকে মুম্বই সফর করেন এবং জুহুতে কিংবদন্তি সঙ্গীত পরিচালক শ্রী রাজেশ রোশন-এর সঙ্গে তাঁর বাসভবনে ও বান্দ্রায় প্রখ্যাত গীতিকার আনন্দ বক্সি-র বাসভবনে সাক্ষাৎ করেন—যা তাঁর সঙ্গীতদৃষ্টিভঙ্গি ও সৃজনশীল ভাবনাকে আরও অনুপ্রাণিত করে।

২০০৩ খ্রিস্টাব্দে তিনি কলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ইংরেজি সাহিত্যে স্নাতক ডিগ্রি অর্জন করেন, যা তাঁর ভবিষ্যৎ সাহিত্যিক ও শিল্পীসত্তার জন্য এক সুদৃঢ় একাডেমিক ভিত্তি গড়ে তোলে। 

একই সময়ে তাঁর ক্রমবর্ধমান সঙ্গীত প্রতিভা শিল্পজগতের আনুষ্ঠানিক স্বীকৃতি লাভ করে, যখন মুম্বই-ভিত্তিক প্রখ্যাত সঙ্গীত লেবেল ম্যাগনাসাউন্ড ইন্ডিয়া তাঁকে লিখিত মনোনয়নের মাধ্যমে সম্মানিত করে (২০০৩) —যা তাঁর সৃজনশীল সম্ভাবনা ও শিল্পীসত্তার স্বীকৃতি বহন করে।

২৯.০৮.২০০৩ শুক্রবার, কলকাতার অডিও সেন্টার স্টুডিও ভবানীপুরে, ৮ ঘন্টার (সকাল ১০ টা থেকে সন্ধ্যা ৬ টা) এক শিফটে ৮৬ টি গান রেকর্ড করে তিনি এক যুগান্তকারী সঙ্গীত রেকর্ডের অধিকারী। এই অনন্য রেকর্ডটি সাউন্ড ইঞ্জিনিয়ার মাননীয় শ্রী কমলজিৎ প্রসাদের তত্ত্বাবধানে অনুষ্ঠিত হয় যা তৎকালীন প্রমুখ গণমাধ্যম স্যাটেলাইট চ্যানেল Zee-নিউজ দ্বারা সম্প্রসারিত, ৯৩.৫ রেড এফ.এম দ্বারা সম্প্রচারিত, প্রিন্ট মিডিয়া এশিয়ান এজ, টাইমস অফ ইন্ডিয়া, দৈনিক বিশ্বামিত্র, নবভারত, আজকাল, বর্তমান, সিনে-অ্যাডভান্স ইত্যাদি দ্বারা প্রকাশিত। 

জাতীয় সাংগঠনিক সম্মান: এরপর তাঁর সৃষ্ট এই আইকনিক সঙ্গীত বিশ্বরেকর্ড তাঁকে এনে দেয় ব্যাপক কৃতিত্বের প্রশংসা ও সম্মান। এই জন্য ২৩শে নভেম্বর ২০০৩, রবিবার তাঁকে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে বঙ্গ মানবাধিকার কমিশন এবং সম্মানীয় 'নিখিল ভারত রুদ্রজ নাথ ব্রাহ্মণ সম্মিলনী'-র পক্ষ থেকে সংবর্ধিত করা হয়—যেখানে তাঁর কেবল শিল্পীসত্তাই নয় বরং সংস্কৃতি, অনুপ্রেরণা ও মানবিক মূল্যবোধে তাঁর বৃহত্তর অবদানকেও স্বীকৃতি দেওয়া হয়।

আন্তর্জাতিক আধিকারিক সম্মান: পরবর্তীতে গিনেস ওয়ার্ল্ড রেকর্ড ব্রেকিং বিশ্বরেকর্ডের জন্য সম্মানসূচক ইউরোপীয় ইউনিয়নের প্রধান- (ক্রোয়েশিয়া প্রজাতন্ত্র) এবং ভারতের আন্তর্জাতিক চেয়ারম্যান কর্তৃক, 'লন্ডন বুক অফ ওয়ার্ল্ড রেকর্ড'- এশিয়ান বুক ওফ ওয়ার্ল্ড রেকর্ডস- এবং ওয়ার্ল্ড বুক অফ রেকর্ডস দ্বারা তিনি সম্মানিত হন।

ঐতিহাসিক আধ্যাত্মিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক মহাসমাবেশের গৌরবান্বিত অধ্যায়ে এক স্মরণীয় অবদান:

২১শে ডিসেম্বর ২০০৩, রবিবার, রুদ্রজ গুরুদেব শ্রী ইশুজী কলকাতার ঐতিহাসিক ব্রিগেড প্যারেড গ্রাউন্ডে এক মহিমান্বিত লাইভ আধ্যাত্মিক সংগীত, পরিচালনা ও পরিবেশন করেন, যেখানে পাঁচ লক্ষেরও বেশি দর্শক-শ্রোতা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। সূচনায় জাতীয় সংগীতের আবেগঘন পরিবেশনা থেকে সমাপ্তিতে সার্বজনীন শান্তির গান—সমগ্র অনুষ্ঠানটি এক গভীর ঐক্য, ভক্তি ও সমবেত চেতনাজাগরণের যাত্রায় রূপ নেয়। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের সমকালীন মাননীয় রাজ্যপাল শ্রী বীরেন জে. শাহ-এর উপস্থিতিতে এবং আহিংসা স্যাটেলাইট টেলিভিশন চ্যানেলে বিশ্বব্যাপী সম্প্রচারের মাধ্যমে এই অনুষ্ঠান সামঞ্জস্য ও মানবিক ঐক্যের এক ঐতিহাসিক মহাসমাবেশে পরিণত হয়—যা ভারতের আধ্যাত্মিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক ইতিহাসে এক স্থায়ী উত্তরাধিকার হিসেবে অমলিন হয়ে থাকবে।

অত্যন্ত তাৎপর্যপূর্ণভাবে, পনেরো বছর পর তাঁর সৃজনশীল দীপ্তি আরও উজ্জ্বল হয়ে ওঠে। ২০২০–২০২১ খ্রিস্টাব্দে তিনি নিজেই রচিত, সুরারোপিত ও সংগীত পরিচালিত আত্মস্পর্শী মৌলিক গানসমূহ (যেমন “কলকাতায়”, “মোহিন” ও “ঐকতান”) কলকাতা থেকে প্রখ্যাত 'রাগা মিউজিক কমিউনিকেশন' লেবেলের ব্যানারে প্রকাশ করেন। প্রেম গুপ্ত, কমলজিৎ প্রসাদ ও বিশাল গুপ্তের সৌজন্যমূলক সহযোগিতায় প্রকাশিত এই সৃষ্টিগুলি বর্তমানে Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music, JioSaavn, Gaana এবং YouTube-সহ বিশ্বব্যাপী নানা ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্মে সহজলভ্য। আজও এই গানসমূহ শ্রোতাদের হৃদয়ে গভীরভাবে অনুরণিত হয়ে তাঁর কালজয়ী শিল্পসত্তা ও আধ্যাত্মিক অনুরণনের পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠা করে চলেছে।
