I am using SVN pywikipedia (latest) and run it using

Hello, I previously used my other bot for welcoming new users. But as it is a welcome from the whole community, it is a bit awkward to see the welcome message from some personal bot account. That is why I want a bot flag only for this account. The name translates in English as Welcome Committee Bot as the welcome message will be delivered on behalf of the project's welcome committee. I plan to manage this bot under the tools.welcomebots-bn service group so it will be later managed with more than one operator to make sure it runs continuously without any malfunction.
