When I started my contributions in Hindi Wiktionary on August 21, 2010, the number of articles were: 588. The total number of edits were 8,774.

I contribute more regularly in Tamil Wikipedia and Tamil Wiktionary. My user page can be seen at Selva at Tamil Wikipedia. I have almost no knowledge of Bengali, however I can read and understand a tiny bit of Benglai and Sanskrit and with the help of some transliteration tools, I believe I can compose and type in Bengali script. This I can do only with the active help of the tools that are available, and so I dare to be here :) The first word I added was মাতা and I added a Tamil equivalent அம்மா and English word mother to this entry word. I am familiar with Wikipedia and Wiktionary and so I should not mess up anything seriously here. However, please keep a watch on me until I gain more experience. When in doubt I will be asking the help of more experienced Benglai wiktionarians, for sure. Please forgive me if I write my comments in English (as my knowledge of Benglai is next to nothing; but will be learning actively). I plan to check out Tamil words and learn new Benglai words.
